Xi’an
As the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, Xi’an is where the story of China unfolds in front of you, from imperial power to cultural brilliance and modern ingenuity that drives China forward to this day.
You’ll take part in a structured summer program based in Xi’an, alongside other international students, combining guided exploration with hands-on cultural experiences designed to help you truly engage with Chinese history and traditions.
Your time is split between visiting iconic landmarks and taking part in interactive activities that bring the country to life.
You’ll explore world-famous sites like the Terracotta Warriors and the ancient city walls, while also stepping into the culture through experiences like traditional crafts, historical role-play, and local performances. The whole program is conducted in English.

You’ll join a structured summer program alongside other international students, combining guided exploration with interactive sessions that introduce both the Chinese language and culture in a practical way.
Your time is divided between classroom learning and real-world experience. Lessons focus on building confidence in everyday communication, while activities give you the chance to apply what you’ve learned outside the classroom.
You’ll visit key sites across the city and take part in hands-on cultural experiences such as calligraphy, traditional crafts, and local workshops.
