Whether it’s the rolling mountains of Northern Thailand or the historic architecture of Lithuania’s capital, the international schools that we offer and will only ever offer are all in incredible places. We select our school vigorously and only accept those where we know our teachers have a good quality of life with lots to do, in places that satisfy their need for culture and beauty.
How Does it Work?
Step 1: We will have a short video call to discuss what you want from the program and the opportunities that we offer, including details on locations and potential salaries that are available.
Step 2: You will then send us your CV along with a short video where you talk about your teaching experience, qualifications, motivations, and desires to teach abroad.
Step 3: We will then share that video and your CV with our ever-growing network of international schools across the globe.
Step 4: When a school is interested in you, we will inform you and provide key information such as salary, location and other benefits.
Step 5: If you are interested in speaking with a school then you will pay us a £95 holding deposit, we will then put you in touch with the school to arrange an online interview, your deposit will be returned if you do not get an offer from the school or once you have started working for them.
Attributes and Requirements
This program is special in that it’s only available for teachers who are qualified in their home country and have classroom experience, as well as holding a university degree and being a native English speaker. The requirements are so strict because our partner school on this program are the best of the best within their countries. They are looking for teachers who are driven to be at the top of the game and provide excellent education for intelligent and hardworking students who ask questions with a desire to further their learning. It really is a fantastic chance for passionate teachers to push themselves and try something new in a school with fantastic resources and support to develop their skills even further.

- Native English speaker
- Qualified teacher in home country (eg: PGCE from UK)
- Classroom experience
- Clean background check
Some schools may accept native English speaking teachers who are graduates with 2+ years of classroom experience, so please still get in touch if that’s you.
