At camp, your role is to support English learning through conversation, interaction, and structured activities. Rather than traditional classroom teaching, you’ll help teenagers practise real-world English in a relaxed but organised environment.

Much of your time will be spent taking part in guided discussions, small-group work, and themed activities designed to prompt conversation. These sessions are practical and engaging, often based around everyday situations or shared topics.

You’ll also be involved in games and role-play activities that make learning feel active and enjoyable. These sessions help students practise English in a more informal way, while keeping energy levels high and participation strong.

Outside of structured sessions, you’ll spend time alongside students during meals, breaks, and group activities. This informal contact is an important part of the experience, allowing students to practise.

You’ll work closely with an international team of fellow mentors, sharing responsibilities and supporting one another throughout. Camp life is collaborative, with everyone contributing to a positive environment that keeps days running smoothly and students engaged.
